Our Goal: To Help you Visualize your Ideas with High Quality Renders
Plans & Finishes
The first thing we need is a full set of floor plans, preferably in .PDF format, or 3D Models of the files. We need to ask what finishes will be required such as the flooring, wall colours, etc. We require a 50% deposit before we can commence with the project.
Whitebox Stage
We start by creating a 3D model from the plans and block out the scene. We will send you through a render showcasing the composition, modeling and camera perspective. We keep in constant communication with you along the way.
Textures & Final Approval
Once you are happy we will move on to making the scenes come alive! After adding final details we will create a final render of the image in .JPEG, .TIFF or .PNG formats. Once all is complete we require the remaining 50% of payment before we release final High-Resolution images to you.
